1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Egesa Mabati website and your purchase of products from us, whether online, by phone, or in person at any of our branches. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices per metre are calculated based on sheet length and quantity ordered. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; confirmed orders are honoured at the price quoted at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or upon cash payment for cash-on-delivery orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified within 48 hours.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines and fees vary by branch and destination county — see our Delivery Policy for full details. Egesa Mabati is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. road closures, extreme weather).
5. Quality & Warranty
All products are manufactured to Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) specifications. Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on each product page.
6. Returns & Cancellations

7. Limitation of Liability
Egesa Mabati's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including third-party installation costs.
