Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a custom-cut order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible as roofing sheets are cut to your specified lengths.
Defective Products
If you receive sheets with manufacturing defects (coating faults, incorrect dimensions, structural damage), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assessment. Confirmed defects will be replaced free of charge, including delivery.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong profile, gauge, or colour due to our error, we will arrange a free exchange and collect the incorrect items at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because roofing sheets are cut to custom lengths per order, correctly supplied items (matching your order specification) cannot be returned for change of mind once cut.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (M-Pesa reversal or bank transfer).
